Divide the payment of your order in 3, 6 or 12 months for only a small fixed cost per month. Only with your ID, cell phone and bank card. You can complete the payment at any time at no additional cost.

For example, if you choose to pay for an order of 180€ in 3 months, you would pay 63€ per month (only 3€ per month per installment).

That’s how easy and fast it is to pay in installments with SeQura:

1. Select “Pay in installments” as your payment method at the end of your purchase.
Enter your data (ID and cell phone), choose your payment plan and pay the first monthly payment.
3. Enjoy your purchase ! All other payments will be made automatically each month.

We guarantee that every transaction made at KERAMA is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are performed using a secure environment. Our store kerama.es uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

Likewise, your credit card information is not registered in any database but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank).

We also inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a “secured” cardholder, you will always be able to make payments with VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS in our store.

In the event that your card is not adhered to this payment system, kerama.es will only accept payment by credit card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS to customers with seniority and reliability previously demonstrated.

In both cases, when paying by VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a Validation Code that matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.

BANK TRANSFER

We guarantee that every transaction made at KERAMA is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are performed using a secure environment. Our store kerama.es uses a server based on the standard security technology SSL (Secure Socked Layer). All the information you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.

In this case, a deposit of the total amount of the order is made in the account number provided. Once the payment has been made, the order is prepared and the shipment is managed.

 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days, counting from the date of delivery of the order for the return of the money and one month for exchanges. All you have to do is send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use. In the case of exchange, you will have to pay the return shipping costs and the cost of the new shipment.

It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or return perfectly packed. If the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return. Items without their original seal will not be accepted for return.

Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met, KERAMA will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made, and if necessary, the shipment of the new product:

  • If you paid by credit card, the amount will be credited to the same credit card.
  • If you made the payment by wire transfer, we will ask you for an account number where to pay the amount.

Note. You will receive the refund of the amount within a maximum period of 10 days from the reception of the returned or exchanged product in our warehouse. Please note that if you paid by credit card, it is likely that your bank will not show the refund amount in your balance until the following month.

In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all shipping costs shall be borne by KERAMA.
