In principle, all products in our store are available, unless they are shown as “OUT OF STOCK” on the product card. In the event that a product is out of stock at the time you place your order and we have not been able to update this information in the store, we will contact you immediately to propose a similar product or reimburse you the corresponding amount.

TRANSPORT

The delivery time will be from 2 to 5 days for Spain and from 5 to 10 days for shipments outside of Spain (working days). Delivery is at street level

Upon receipt of shipments, it is important to ensure that all boxes have arrived in perfect condition. If you detect signs of moisture or breakage in any of them, or signs of having been opened or tampered with, please note this on the delivery note BEFORE SIGNING, and contact our Customer Service Department as soon as possible.

What happens if an item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable?

The delivery times indicated are maintained unless an item is out of stock or unavailable at any given time. In these cases, Customer Service will contact you immediately by telephone or email to inform you of the new delivery date or to proceed with the cancellation in case it is not possible to deliver the product.

PRICES

All our prices include VAT, except for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla (not including IGIC or customs charges, to be paid to the carrier).

MINIMUM AGE OF PURCHASE

The minimum purchase age is 18 years old.

WARRANTY

KERAMA guarantees its products, under the legally established terms, for a period of 3 years from the date of delivery. The customer shall inform KERAMA of the non-conformity within two months of becoming aware of it. In the event of a defective product under warranty, KERAMA will take the necessary steps to repair or replace it, either directly or through the technical / after-sales services of the represented brands, which will be free of charge.
Deficiencies caused by negligence, blows, improper use or manipulation, unsuitable voltage when applicable, or materials subject to wear and tear due to normal use are excluded from the warranty.

When the use of the warranty is justified, the repair, replacement of the article, discount or refund will be chosen, according to the legally established terms.

The guarantee will lose its value in the cases in which:

  • Some of the information on the invoice or purchase invoice is modified, altered or substituted.
  • If both the identification number and the warranted device itself are tampered with or repaired without the knowledge of the Technical Service.
  • If the purchase invoice is missing.

To make use of the warranty, it is essential to present the warranty duly stamped together with the purchase invoice. If the necessary repair is not covered by the warranty as stated, the customer shall bear the cost of both repair and shipping.

PROMOTIONAL VOUCHERS AND HOW TO REDEEM THEM

Promotional vouchers are vouchers that cannot be purchased but are given during advertising campaigns and are valid for a certain period of time.

Promotional vouchers can be redeemed only once in connection with an order, and only within the stated period. Some brands may be excluded from the promotion. Promotional vouchers may not be used to purchase gift vouchers. Please note that a minimum order value may apply in order to use promotional vouchers.

The value of the product must be equal to or greater than the value of the promotional voucher. If the voucher does not cover the value of the product, the difference can be paid using any of the accepted payment methods. The value of the promotional vouchers will not be paid in cash and will not accrue interest. Promotional vouchers will not be refunded in the event that all or part of the products are returned.

Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed before the order is completed. There is no possibility that the vouchers can be applied retroactively. Promotional vouchers may not be assigned to third parties. Unless otherwise provided, multiple promotional vouchers may not be combined.

If you have used a promotional voucher at the time of purchase and, as a result of a cancellation by you, the total value of your order is less than or equal to the value of the promotional voucher, we reserve the right to charge you the original price of the product you wish to keep.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period shall expire 14 calendar days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods.

In order to meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that the communication concerning your exercise of this right is sent before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal

In case of cancellation by you, we will refund you all the payments received from you, except that the shipping costs arising therefrom will be borne by by the customer. In any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will proceed to make such reimbursement using the same means of payment used by you for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly provided otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any charges as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods, or until you have provided proof of return of the goods, whichever condition is met first.

You must return or deliver the goods directly to us at the address that we will indicate to you upon receipt of your decision to withdraw from the contract, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 calendar days from the date on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from the contract to us. The deadline shall be deemed to have been met if you return the goods before the deadline has expired. You must bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You shall only be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

No returns will be accepted for custom-made or made-to-order items (e.g.: winter covers, summer covers, custom-made pools, safety fences, public pool filters and equipment, whirlpool spas, gresite, spare parts or made-to-order items not published online, etc.).

Chemical product returns will not be accepted. The chemical product is shipped exclusively upon request with ADR transport (special transport of dangerous and/or flammable goods). The transport of these products by standard courier services, Post Office or even private transport is prohibited by law.

KERAMA reserves the right to refuse returns communicated or sent after the deadlines or items that are not in the same condition in which they were received by the customer.

KERAMA reserves the right not to refund the full amount paid if the product is considered to have suffered depreciation (e.g. the item is not returned in its original packaging or is in poor condition).

CARD PAYMENT SECURITY

KERAMA guarantees the highest security and confidentiality in the purchases in our store. Similar to an ATM transaction, when you shop at KERAMA, your credit card information is encrypted using the SSL security protocol and transmitted directly to the corresponding financial institution, which accepts or rejects the payment. In this way, the information transmitted over the network is completely secure and KERAMA does not retain this data at any time, so that it can neither view nor archive it.

VERIFICATION OF PERSONAL DATA
