General conditions:
– Failures or damages caused by the following are excluded from the warranty:
– Accidental causes such as falls, blows, spillage of liquids, introduction of foreign bodies, as well as any other force majeure.
– Negligent, inappropriate, or non-domestic use.
– Damage, corrosion and/or oxidation accelerated by adverse environmental conditions
– Stains and discolorations due to non-compliance with our cleaning instructions
– Damage occurring during assembly and handling without having followed the indicated assembly instructions.
Instructions for use and maintenance:
– Clean gently with a cloth or use a neutral liquid soap, rinsing with plenty of water.
– Remove dust regularly with a soft cloth and clear water.
– Do not use detergents or abrasive products for cleaning.
