Retail Trade Ordinance amended by law 47\/2002, December 19).<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">In the case of a return, in which the customer does not keep the product, the costs derived from the return will be borne by the customer.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">To process a return, you must notify us that you wish to return the product and send us the product in perfect condition by registered mail or private company, with its original packaging and labels on, including a copy of the order and indicating that it is to be returned inside the package to the following address:<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">KERAMA<\/p><p class=\"vc_custom_heading vc_custom_1737452852982 responsive_js_composer_custom_css_312174012\">Passatge De Roma, 6, nave 17, Pol\u00edgono industrial Cova Solera, 08191 Rub\u00ed, Barcelona, Spain<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check the correct condition of this, KERAMA will accept the return of the product and will proceed to the payment of the amount conformed according to the method of payment previously made:<\/p><ul><li class=\"font_8\">If the payment has been made by credit or debit card, the refund will be made to the same card.<\/li><li class=\"font_8\">Please note that if the payment was made by credit card, the bank may not show the amount refunded until the following month.<\/li><\/ul><p class=\"font_8\">In the event that the product purchased by the customer arrives with a defect or there is an erroneous shipment, the costs will be borne by KERAMA.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">Before making the return, please note that KERAMA does not accept freight collect shipments, so we recommend following this guide and contacting us if you have any doubts.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">To start the procedure, an e-mail must be sent to <a href=\"mailto:hola@keramamueblesdejardin.com\">hola@keramamueblesdejardin.com<\/a>, indicating the sales order number and the reason for the return.<\/p><p class=\"font_8\">The customer shall bear the cost of returning the goods.
